It has been a grueling week thus far and I have been putting in full effort plus. AND going to the gym twice a week. I must say I am pretty proud of myself!</p> <p>So here we go!</p> <p>Arms: 13.5 same</p> <p>Bust: 41 - lost an inch</p> <p>waist: 36- lost 2 inches</p> <p>Largets part of stomach: 44!- Lost 2 inches!</p> <p>Thigh: 22 - lost 1/2 inch</p> <p>Woo hoo! This is great so this week I lost a total of  5.5 inches over my whole body. I am pretty excited!</p> <p>So in four weeks I have lost a total of 12 inches over my whole body!  Each section might not look like a lot but I feel much light and much more active! As for my weight I hadn&#8217;t lost any weight weight until this week when I noticed the scale drop down 5 lbs! So I now weight 205.
