So I am a little late in posting on my measurements on week four. It has been a grueling week thus far and I have been putting in full effort plus. AND going to the gym twice a week. I must say I am pretty proud of myself!
So here we go!
Arms: 13.5 same
Bust: 41 - lost an inch
waist: 36- lost 2 inches
Largets part of stomach: 44!- Lost 2 inches!
Thigh: 22 - lost 1/2 inch
Woo hoo! This is great so this week I lost a total of 5.5 inches over my whole body. I am pretty excited!
So in four weeks I have lost a total of 12 inches over my whole body! Each section might not look like a lot but I feel much light and much more active! As for my weight I hadn’t lost any weight weight until this week when I noticed the scale drop down 5 lbs! So I now weight 205. My goal weight is 160 so I still have a long way to go but I am excited by the results thus far =]
As I start off week three of Insanity, which I over slept so I just went to the gym today and did some weighted workouts, I am feeling much more energetic and can also tell I have a higher stamina for cardio work! Slowly but surely I will have a nice toned body again! =]

So this is interesting, Insanity is kicking my ass and it feels great for the rest of the day to have so much energy! Here are my stats starting week 2, not much has changed.
Arms: 13.5 lost half inch
Bust: 42 lost inch and half
Waist: 38.5 lost half inch
largest part of stomach: 46 same
thigh: 26 same
My stamina is better from week one with a few breaks.
Okay so I am going to start this out right… I started the Insanity workout this morning, and I feel great, so I am going to document my time through out the couple months.
It is a group of ten and boy we sweated our asses off! Speaking of asses here are my starting stats:
